To recover from exhaustion, you need to know the right amount and type of movement and exercise for you. Pushing through exercise that is not right for you can cause more stress on your body and leave you feeling even more depleted.

You will understand how to choose the movement and exercise that supports your nervous system to recover. Exercise timing is also an important tool to master to feel even more energised long term.
