I are serious about getting you back to your best. In order to do that, I take you through a series of steps to gather information so you can understand what is causing your symptoms and what we can do to resolve them.
By the time you leave your appointment, you will be clear on:

- What you can do to support your own healing
In your first session, I will:
- Take you through a thorough lifestyle, medical history and Head 2 Toe physical assessment so I can fully understand your needs and any causative and contributing factors towards your condition.
- Discuss with you a proposed personalised treatment plan and answer any questions you may have pertaining to your treatment.
- Provide a hands-on treatment including massage, gentle release techniques, visceral manipulation, cranio-sacral, dry needling, cupping, stretching and other techniques to reduce and or eliminate your symptoms.
- Work with you to identify and correct any underlying diet, ergonomic, postural, exercise or lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your symptoms or impairing your healing capacity.
- Provide you with a practical, efficient, ongoing management plan to maintain your health long term.
