Movement For Burnout Recovery

To recover from burnout you will need a plan for exercise and movement that fits in to your lifestyle and nurtures your body rather than causing harmful stress that will leave you feeling more depleted. You will gain flexibility, feel more stable and develop more strength. All this while your nervous system, body and mind recovers.

If you are exhausted after exercise then it's likely you are not doing the right type of movement for your body. In this program you learn the types of movement to recover from burnt out. 

Burnout Proof Mindset

The second thing you need is the right mindset and long term strategy to address key drivers of burnout so you can build resilience and burnout proof your body and mind.

Most women think that stress is a problem. In this program you will discover how you can use the stress response to banish burnout for good. You will regain connection with yourself, your intuition and find your joy again.

Nutrition for Energy

The third thing you need is an understanding of how to use food to sustain your energy levels over a full day. You will learn which foods are inflaming your body, sapping your energy and fueling your burnout. 

You need the framework to build a nutrition plan that is sustainable, practical and fits your lifestyle. When you understand these principals you will get off the energy roller coaster and enjoy less pain, better sleep, freedom of movement and more energy.
