Your Host:

As an osteopath, business owner, health coach, footy coach, and mum of two energetic boys, I know what it's like to juggle it all. A few years ago, I was working 60-hour weeks as the sole owner and manager of a busy clinic across two locations, while also treating patients and raising two young boys. I knew how to hustle and loved what I was doing, but I pushed myself too hard and eventually burned out.

My dedication to educating others about optimising health has always been strong, but my personal experience with burnout was a turning point. Despite doing all the 'right' things—taking supplements, focusing on sleep, nutrition, and exercise—I wasn't recovering. I was becoming more exhausted and frustrated. It was only when I hit rock bottom, on the verge of losing everything, that I realised a purely physical approach to health and burnout recovery wasn't enough. Integrating mindset and internal work with physical health practices is essential for balancing the nervous system, transforming habits, regaining motivation, and truly thriving.

Now, drawing from my ongoing education and personal experience, I help stressed, exhausted, and burned-out women aged 35+ who are barely keeping their heads above water. I teach them how to care for their physical and emotional health, so they can find motivation, feel joy, gain energy, eliminate brain fog, and take back control of their lives.
